We help connect those who enroll in our Prescription Health Program with access to medications and medical equipment at no or reduced cost. We serve as advocates to find solutions to pharmaceutical and medical needs.

Who is Eligible?
Enrollment and acceptance in the Prescription Health Program are required to receive support.

We have access to a variety of resources that can assist with the costs of medication.
Yes, we can assist with a variety of medical equipment such as bath safety equipment, diabetes supplies, braces, footwear, mobility equipment, etc. Please check with us as this list is not limited.
