Who is Eligible?

Our services are intended for those who lack access to medical care due to lack of dental insurance. To become a patient, you must be:

  • Must be age 18 or older.
  • Must be uninsured.
  • Must meet the low-income status of being at, or less than, 200% of the federal poverty level.

Please bring a photo ID with your current address or photo ID and proof of residency.

FAQs

No, we do not extract wisdom teeth.

We do not provide dental implants, root canals and crowns (endodontic treatments), orthodontic (braces) treatment, or nitrous oxide anesthesia (laughing gas).

We currently ONLY provide dental care for adults. Please see our Resources page for information on dental care for children.
