Who is Eligible?
ANY Pinellas County resident.
Before You Arrive
Florida ID
SPFC will prepare you for your appointment with the Pinellas County Tax Collector – DMV to obtain a new State ID and provide financial assistance to support you.
Please bring the required documents to our We Help Office. No appointment necessary. If you receive SNAP please bring your reward or eligibility record. Please review the required documents at the link below:

Birth Certificates
Documentation requirements for birth certificates vary by state. Please bring any identifying documentation you have (at least three) showing your name, date of birth and current address, such as benefits paperwork, utility bills, social security card, medical records, etc.

We will provide funding for you to pay for the costs of ID assistance. The actual card is issued by the county tax collector.
