Who is Eligible?
Nutrition and lifestyle counseling and education is offered for Health Center patients. Recipes, cooking demonstration videos, and other nutrition supports are provided for the community through our various programs.

Current Health Center patients are referred by their practitioner for nutritional counseling.
The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Center practitioner will work together to determine the appropriate nutrition counseling focus for you, such as: diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obtaining a healthy weight, general healthy nutrition, and more.
