Prior to stepping into this role, she was Vice President for Administrative & Strategic Operations for Gulf Coast JFCS. Over her two decades in a range of executive, development and operational roles for human services organizations, Jenn has excelled in creating and implementing plans that advance goals, enhance community engagement and strengthen organizational impact.
Jenn is on the Board of Directors for Bon Secours Mercy Health Foundation, a national organization that coordinates charitable giving for the Bon Secours Mercy Health hospital system. She is also a Board member for the Nonprofit Leadership Center Tampa Bay and serves on Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s Community Research Advisory Board.
Jenn was recognized with a 2016 Florida Diversity Council LGBT Ally Award, was a recipient of Community Tampa Bay’s 2020 Silver Medallion Award for her work in promoting inclusion and equity, and was profiled by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of "52 Tampa Bay executives who should be on your virtual meeting calendar." She has been published by and has presented in forums around the nation, including the National Association for African-American Studies, Mid-Atlantic Women’s Studies Association and Florida Philanthropic Network. Jenn has a Master’s degree in Literature from Texas State University and lives in Tampa with her husband and seven year-old son.

Nik is a graduate of Northern Illinois University (Bachelor of Science in Finance) and University of Tampa (Masters in Accounting). He grew up in Albania and Greece before he moved with his family to Chicago, IL in 2001.
Nik is involved in his community and serves on the Board of a local non-profit, Albanian Heritage Foundation of Tampa Bay, and has called Pinellas County his home for over a decade now.
Nik is as passionate about numbers and financial statements as he is about helping others and making an impact in the every-day lives of the residents of Pinellas County. Some of Nik’s other passions include travel and soccer. He and his wife Lola are proud parents of two young children.
