Advancing Food Security and Expanding Health.

SPFC is moving Care Forward—because when care moves forward, lives improve, and communities are transformed.

Our Programs

Food Programs

Over 21.5M pounds of food were distributed in 2025

Care Forward starts with food because hunger can’t wait. For many neighbors, the first step to stability is nutritious, healthy food they can count on. In 2025, SPFC recorded 370,000 pantry visits and distributed more than 21M pounds of food through our expanded SPFC Community Food Bank.

Health Center

Thousands of patient services provided per month

Healthcare services delivered to uninsured adults grew from 5,600 (2020) to 18,200 (2025) with a projection to reach 35,000 services in 2030.
Care Forward includes healthcare because food alone isn’t enough. Food insecurity and health are deeply connected.

Community Navigation

Connecting people in our community to stability

Community and patient navigation grew from assisting 470 individuals (2020) to 1,740 (2025) with a projected reach of 15,000 by 2030. Care Forward connects people to stability. SPFC knows that a neighbor’s health is shaped by more than medical are alone. We provide navigation to other community services individualized for each person’s needs.

Why We Choose to Move Care Forward

Partner with SPFC to Create Lasting Impact

Care Forward is about meeting people where they are and walking with them toward better health, greater security, and renewed possibility. It’s how SPFC turns food access into nourishment, healthcare into healing, and support into long-term improvement. When care moves forward, lives improve — and communities are transformed. Your generosity makes that improvement possible.

As a nonprofit, we rely on donations to provide the support Pinellas County deserves. Will you join us in supporting our neighbors and helping move Care Forward?
