Recognizing the need to address homelessness in the community, the St Petersburg Downtown Partnership convened a “leadership lunch” Wednesday at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital to explore innovative solutions for supporting St. Petersburg’s unhoused population.

The City of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Free Clinic partnered to open the first FRESH Pace Healthy Neighborhood Store.

According to the United Way’s United for ALICE project, “Traditional measures of poverty do not capture the magnitude of people who are struggling financially.”
