Mental Health / Stress Assistance

If you find yourself experiencing issues with your mental health, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Suicide Hotline: connected through 211 Tampa Bay Cares. Dial 211 or Text 898211

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: If you or someone you know is in crisis—whether they are considering suicide or not— dial 988 to speak with a trained crisis counselor 24/7.

Suncoast Centers has a mental health agency that is providing telehealth services at this time. Call (727) 388-1220 for more information.

Directions For Living provides mental health services for children and adults. If you are in need of any mental health services, please call (727) 524-4464Directions For Living also has an Emotional Support Line, for anyone who is having a difficult time coping or adapting during the pandemic. You can call (727) 524-4465 ext 1001. You will leave your name and number and someone will return your call within two hours. The support line is available from 8am-8pm. This line is not for resources, life-threatening emergencies, or mental health emergencies.
