If you have a permanent or temporary disability and are unable to independently use the regular, wheelchair accessible PSTA buses, call PSTA at (727) 540-1888 for a PSTA Access (formerly DART) application form. More information can be found on PSTA’s website.

ALL US MILITARY VETERANS RIDE PSTA FIXED ROUTES FOR FREE!

In order to receive a Veterans Pass, individuals must:

• Present appropriate ID at a PSTA Customer Service Center to receive a Flamingo Fares Card
• Visit a Customer Service Center annually with appropriate ID to renew the Veterans Pass

ACCEPTED ID INCLUDES:

• Veterans Identification Card (VIC)
• Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC)
• Military ID
• Florida Driver’s License with Veteran Designation

Simply showing one of these forms of ID WILL NOT make you eligible for free fares.

VETERANS MUST OBTAIN A VETERANS PASS FROM A PSTA CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AND RENEW THEIR PASS ANNUALLY.
